The 90 Day Wellbeing Challenge is designed specifically for Doctors in training.

Throughout the Challenge you will build self-care habits, implement productivity tools and develop self-leadership to support your wellbeing as a Doctor in training.

  • Time - productivity hacks, effective planning systems.
  • Mindset - debriefing tools, meditation, mindfulness, positive psychology.
  • Relationships - self-confidence, assertiveness, boundaries, expectation management.
